Royal Holiday Mexico Fraud/Scams

Interested in finding people who are victims of Royal Holiday Mexico vacation package selling techniques of fraud and scam - lies and deceipt.  Statements and promises made by salespersons to get you to sign, only to find out that you have become a victim of fraud - goods and services not provided.  Can anyone provide information on how to get refunded - any class action lawsuits - organizations - government programs - U.S. or Mexico - looking for all the assistance I can get.  I hate getting ripped off by these lying scam artists.
